Friday - tired
Saturdays - feeling tired lei
Sunday - shag and looking ahead to my OFF days( Monday & Tuesday).

work for today was manageable
the Display Cabinet came back alive.
so which means,
we had to do our creation outside. =(
so we had to shift our ingredient,
back to our open-space territory.

Cafe Belgian Mocha = Tic Tac ToeRong, won me in Tic Tac Toe and I need to eat Green Tea !!! haha

we managed to overcome the crowd, and
unexpected break-down.
Everything was fine...
till around 7pm plus
when, the Display Cabinet(DC)

started to give out some funny funny noise.
Than, when Rong was going to scoop
she realize that, the DC is not moving at all
temperature is hot inside the DC.
So, we notify Charmaine.
Try several way to save the DC
but failed
so, Charmaine told us to shift
the ice-cream back to the old kitchen
yeah !!!

back to our Old Enclosed Territory.

So, for the remaining of the night
we do our creations and take-away
inside the kitchen..
At 1st, I was kinda worry abit.
because it is Saturday
and the crowd will be invading like mad
but, Mei(rong) was zhai,
plus the moi qi was great.
so, we manage to fight the war smoothly
yeah !

did couple of 'stunts' inside the kitchen

tired toward the end of the day

surprisingly, sales were good !
and we end the tired day with Bacardi.

We went to TCC
