I would like to apologize to the girl, that i crashed my bike into it.
I know the chances of you reading this blog is low.
But, i want to say "I'm sorry".
I was speeding and I lost the control of my bike and i didn't press the Brake fully. As a result, my bike crashed together with U.
I understand, how you felt at that very moment. The pain!!!
I hoped, you will drop by at HD one day
and I Promise to treat you and your BF - Fondue !

The Duathlon Race was a once a life time experience for me
I Completed the race! ~yeah
Really felt like giving up the half-way through
especially the cycling part.
cycling 40km,is not easy !
You need a good bike to paddle...
If, not it is very tiring.
But, I completed it.
After, returning back from the 40km cycling.
I was about to dis-continue the race.
But, I saw Diana, Rong and Paul
Diana, say to me : "Finished lei huh?"
I replied her back,I couldn't continue anymore, my knee is in pain!
But, she encouraged me to complete the race,
as i left with only 5km of it
to finish the race off.
Even,walk will do.

After which, i would be able to have a medal for completing it.

So, I slowly walked
wanted to run,but was in pain
so, i walked almost the whole route
Till, the final finishing point
where I try to run abit.
Limping all the way till the end.
On the final 5km,
i met a new competitors
Mr Wong, he only disclosed his surname to me !
he also couldn't run
as his muscle was cramp
so, we accompany each other
chat abit till the finishing point.
After the race,
we went to Paragon to have a wreck-full
of late lunch.
we went to Fish and Co
newly open de!!!
after which, i went home 1st
as Diana, Rong and Paul
decided to stay awhile longer.
Reach home, nice hot bath
and sleep all the way till dinner
after dinner Coma again till next morning.
Before the race day,
meet up with Diana, Rong and Bingjie
to collect the race-kit
Reach the race site
collect and proceed to our next destination.
EAST COAST PARK
to rent our bike
test-drive our bike
and uncle came and pick us up.
put our bike at my uncle house
and walked our way
to Bedok Central Market to have
our dinner.
Order variety of food...
Fried Hokkien MEe, Satay, Rojak, Fried carrot cake
full full...
and lemon sugar cane drink
and ice-jelly, cendhol...
feast of food on the table.
After that, back my uncle home.
