swollen elbow.

My left and right bilateral elbow
are swollen
esp, my left elbow swell
like pig.


Camp doctor, decide to send me to the
hospital this morning,
for further and detail examine.

was scare when heard that
need to send to the hospital.

last week was my ankle
this week was my elbow !!!
ahhhhh

please, stop !!!

heal me fast, please.

next week, is my IPPT
need to pass Man !
hope, it will recover by then.

tomorrow, meeting my ex HD mates !

Mixture of happiness, sadness and anger
filled in my heart
when I got back from camp
after 4 days.

Happiness:
Able to see my parents after
4 days of separating from them.

Sadness:
Sprained my left ankle. =(
is painful....very
swollen like a bao.
well, it is an old injuries
guess, my ankle is really weak.
Need to pass my IPPT,
need my ankle to recover and don't sprain again !!!

Anger:
Sometime, both of us just in
different frequency
I share my problem out
and you give me a different solution or explanation.
Really, sometime I felt
I will just bottle it out
and keep it from you than.

tired...

going to get my ankle checked tomorrow.
really wish, it recover itself
and stay injury free !
I really need my ankle for run, jump
and other shits.

The anger filled in my burning heart

It was fun !
challenge 2 groups of young adult.

we won them...

we played not bad, we were

behind the victory
paid a price.

Paul, got rammed by the ball
hard enough that
the glasses on his spectacle
got chipped out of the frame.

Ende nearly got his FATHERHOOD
killed off !!!

Riduan got his head pushed against
the concrete wall.

And me, got my ankle sprained !
arghhh...

so many injuries, hope everyone is recovering well.

My old monitor emitted out
a strong soot smell out yesterday...

than,there is a customer
who was waiting for her
Double Choc Donut

due to company policy
and the woman,
was so determined
to get the box
she threaten the crew
for the shop-in charge number !
I wanted to help the crew
by telling her
can You be don't so unreasonable !

I returned my uniform yesterday
together with Rong, Yurong and Paul
It had been quite a long time,
hanging out with them lei.

enjoy myself over there
